GetAgent is an online estate agent comparison service that helps homeowners to identify the area's top agents based on their recent performance.

Using a proprietary algorithm GetAgent collates property data directly from the Land Registry, Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket to help homeowners choose the top agent in their area based on performance.

Our performance was evaluated using three core metrics:

1. Percentage of the original asking price achieved

2. Average sale time

3. The amount of properties listed in the past 6 months.

GetAgent’s proprietary algorithm then combines these performance metrics to identify the best-performing agents in an area, with the average asking price being a key top performer metric.

If you are within the top 20% of performers in a particular outcode, then they qualify as a Top Performer in the area. On the basis of our performance over the last year, we are currently Top Performers in NW9!
